Super easy! Super delicious! Super healthy!
Here is the recipe:
- 110g Oats
- 100ml Hot water
- 2 Bananas ( I used 3 small bananas)
- 1 Spoon Peanutbutter (10g, I used again the powder with stevia from Myprotein)
- 30g Dates
- 20g unsweetened Chocolate (mine is from “Müller”)
Soak the oats for around 5 minutes in hot water. Mix it with the two bananas and peanutbutter in a blender. Add dates and chocolate. Use a ice-cream-scoop to dip the dough. Smooth the cookies. Bake them for 25-30 minutes 180°C (top and bottom heat)
