Three Ingredients Pancakes

My absolute favorite pancakes. Flourless, vegan, glutenfree and still SOOOOOO GOOD & easy!

 

Ingredients for 5 pancakes:

  • 1 cup Oats (glutenfree)
  • 1 cup Milk ( I used unsweetened almondmilk)
  • 1 Banana
  • (I add 1/2 tsp Baking powder) -> it´s not necessary but I prefer it

 

Add the oats to your blender or food processor, turn it on, and let it do its thing! After a few minutes, most of the oats should look very fine and powdery. Add milk, banana (and baking powder if you want). Mix it again until it´s smooth.  Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Heat a little bit coconut oil in a pan (medium high heat) and use a small ladle (scoop) to pour the dough into the pan. Bake it for around 2 minutes each side. I added some blueberries this time.

You can also eat the pancakes cold! Make more and eat it the next day again! 🙂
